Generally orders ship within 24 hours except weekends and holidays.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS POLICY

Due to increased INTERNATIONAL CREDIT CARD FRAUD unfortunately at this time we can only accept PAYPAL payments for all international orders (except CANADA). If you do not currently have a PAYPAL account, please visit www.paypal.com and sign up for free.

For your convenience and lower shipping costs, please choose Priority Mail as shipping method for your orders.

ONLINE ORDERS RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Our policies are designed to be fair to our customers and meet their needs and assure comfort. Draven Shoes will accept returns of Unworn, Re-saleable merchandise for a full refund, within thirty (30) days of the original shipping date to you.

Return freight must be prepaid. All merchandise must be in the original packaging materials. No return freight charges are refundable for any reason other than a shipping error on our part. However, you may find it more convenient to return it to our location in Costa Mesa, CA.

Follow these steps:

1. Include with your shipment the completed Returns Form found in your package.

2. Returns must be within 30 days of purchase. We refund 100% of your order amount when exchanging merchandise.

3. The merchandise must be in perfect condition. The original manufacturer's box and case/bag must be included.

4. Include a copy of the PL you received with the order.

5. Ship in a prepaid trackable manner (UPS, Airborne, Fed Ex, registered US mail) to the address below.

6. Refunds will include product and tax amounts only. In the event that an incorrect item was shipped, or if products were flawed or damaged in transit, we will also include the shipping charges in your refund.

7. We can not accept COD Returns.

8. Exchanges are subject to availability. In the event that the item you requested for an exchange is no longer available, a refund will be processed as stated below.

9. Please allow 48 business hours for Returns and Exchanges to be processed and for up to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card.



NOTE: Because we sell to both our retailers and internet store, our inventory is not in REAL TIME. Due to high turnover of some styles and sizes, we may sell out of your size in a shoe during the day. Instead, our inventory is updated throughout the day. We will email you as quickly as possible if an item is out of stock and needs to be backordered.
